Our Journey
From Asian Fields to Italian and European Warehouses
Our journey began in the Basmati-growing regions of Pakistan and selected Asian areas. We spent our early years on the ground, visiting fields, mills and partners, learning which sources deliver the grain length, aroma and consistency that Italian and European buyers expect.
